Starting at 10:30pm on Friday, July 15th we’ll start counting down to the MIDNIGHT PRERELEASE tournament with games, activities, prizes and snacks! Try your hand at Shadows Over Innistrad Trivia, challenge your friends to a pack war, and more.

We’ll continue the excitement with a 2 -Headed Giant tournament Saturday at 2pm and another regular sealed tournament Saturday at 7pm. This captivating weekend will conclude with a final 2HG tournament at 2pm on Sunday.

Join GeekLife as we kick off the 4th of July holiday weekend, Magic: the Gathering style: with Pack Wars.

Pack Wars, or Mini Masters, is a casual game where each player only needs a single booster pack of Magic cards. Without looking at the contents, each player opens his or her pack and adds in three of each basic land (Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest). They then shuffle up and play a game of Magic just like normal.

Play anytime on Saturday. It’s quick and fun and you can play with any set we have available.

July 9 is Dr Who Comics day and we’re celebrating with a big party!

GeekLife will be hosting X-Wing I Am Your Father’s Day Saturday June 18 starting at 6pm and Sunday June 19 starting at noon. All participants will receive a special promo card while supplies last. Participate by playing a casual/open play game, taking part in a demo or adding to your X-Wing collection with a purchase.

Pandemic Survival is an “extreme” version of Pandemic where teams face each other in an epic battle to save the world. Their goal: to be the first team to find all four cures, or to be the last team still alive at the end of the game.

In this tournament-style version of the game – that cannot be found anywhere else – all teams will face the same problems: their player cards will all be placed in the same order before the game; the infected cities are the same for everyone; the Epidemics strike at the same time for all teams; every team has the same role cards. The only difference is the decisions they will make! Their strategic choices will lead each team in different directions, and one strategy will pay off in the end and lead to victory. The game master will call out the Infection cards, while other scour the tables to see if any of the team have succumbed to the Pandemic.
